Renewable Energy
The Government is clear that renewable energy should be encouraged. Planning policy guidance on renewable energy (PPS22: Renewable Energy (2004)) makes it clear that significant weight should be attached to the need for renewable energy. However, it does not state that the need for renewable energy should be granted such weight that the "need" outweighs all other material considerations.

• if required we can guide you through the Planning Appeals system and instruct Counsel if necessary.
