Reviewing papers on new planning matters arising and locating relevant policies and national planning guidance

 

Preparing supporting documentation for planning applications

 

Producing objections on behalf of clients

 

Assisting with administrative duties required at Public Inquiries including supervising exchanges of evidence, maintaining libraries of core documents and keeping witnesses/team aware of the programme and deadlines throughout

 

Kirsty was recently responsible for running the administrative side of a Public Inquiry for a multi-site motorway service area on the A1(M), which was a large Inquiry with five competing sites

 

Kirsty also assists with the production of and collation of enclosures to Instructions to Counsel
