Advising on major employment proposals including Thorpe Park, Leeds (1.8m sq ft) and Redhouse, Doncaster (2m sq ft)

Negotiation of Section 106 Agreement and strategic advice in relation to an application for a NWDA Regional Investment Site on behalf of Chorley Borough Council

Advising Oakgate Plc in relation to compulsory purchase proceedings in relation to major town centre scheme
